手具 The Tool Performs a Gesture

作品以工厂中用于架设面料卷轴的铁质工具架为基础进行改造。艺术家保留了工具架原有的结构，并在架子的中间接入石膏浇铸的手部形态。这些手势来自工人拉扯、架设皮革时反复使用的握持方式。艺术家记录并翻制这些手势，再将其嵌入工具架，使原本由身体完成的动作成为工业结构的一部分。失去身体之后，手势以石膏的形式留存在架子上，与工具架共同构成一种持续待命的工作体。

The work is based on an iron rack used in factories to support rolls of fabric. The artist preserves the rack's original structure and inserts plaster casts of hands into its central frame. These gestures are cast from the repetitive grips workers use when pulling and positioning leather sheets.

The artist records and casts these hand gestures before embedding them into the rack, allowing movements once performed by the body to become part of the industrial structure itself. Separated from the body, the gestures remain on the rack as plaster forms, together with the tool rack constituting a working body in a constant state of readiness.
